	1885	Founded as "Reklameatelier Haupts" in Aachen, Germany.
	1892	Production of vending machines and displays.
	1933	First stand design and exhibition work.
	1948	Rebuilding of war-damaged factory in Aachen. Increasing exhibition work.
	1958	World-fair in Brussels, Belgium: IBM and Venezuela pavilions Extensive work in the United States pavilion.
	1974	Entry into shop fitting sector with INSET EQUIPMENT marketing its own EQUIPLUS patented shop fitting system.
	1981	Entry into Japanese market. First Bosch exhibition in Tokyo.
	1985	Klaus-Jürgen Schwendinger takes over the direction of DISPLAY INTERNATIONAL in its fourth generation.
	1989	Extension of International business relations / US, Asia, Europe.
	1993	Foundation of DISPLAY INTERNATIONAL (UK) Limited.
	1995	Entry into large format automotive projects.
	1999	Extension of the event and international road show business.
	2004	Entry into the Chinese market with local production and installation capacities.
	2007	PSA (Citroen) awards the price "Best supplier´s 2007" for high quality in stand building to Display International.
	2010	Turn-out of a giant outdoor pavilion of superlatives for Liebherr on bauma Munich 2010.
